Week 27, 2026
Coverage window 26 June – 2 July 2026.
For the interpretation of this week, why the fight over the identity layer reopened just as agent launches started turning into agent iteration, see the companion essay: Weekly MarTech Signals That Matter to Me: Part 10, Week 27. This page is the record; the essay is the read.
This week’s record
The headline was a renewed fight over the identity and context layer beneath activation, alongside three platforms shipping iteration rather than new launches.
- Hightouch offered Publicis up to $1.2B for LiveRamp’s identity assets (including RampID), days after launching Lifecycle Studio, the second studio in its Agentic Marketing Platform.
- Zeta Global announced a strategic partnership with Palantir, rearchitecting its Data Cloud on Palantir’s Foundry ontology and governance layer.
- Iterable, HubSpot, and Bloomreach all shipped this week — none launched a new agent; each iterated on one already in market.
- Contentful launched Palmata, a GEO measurement product — the fifth dedicated GEO/AEO launch in roughly three weeks.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next’s staged consent-mapping rollout hits its first deadline on 13 July (email); SMS/WhatsApp follows 17 August.
- Adobe Marketo Engage added a new API deprecation notice to its release-notes page (still labelled “May 2026”), and its own release schedule shows a 26 June release date has passed with no corresponding release notes published.

access_tokendeprecations) is published on time. - SFMC consent mapping: email mapping live by 13 July — first hard deadline in the Summer ‘26 rollout.

How this is compiled. Each edition is assembled from official vendor release notes, changelogs, and corporate newsrooms, with AI assistance for the first-pass scan, then reviewed and edited by me before publishing. Items are checked against the primary source; anything I could not confirm is flagged inline. Dates and status reflect what was published as of the current-as-of date above and can change.
Corrections and method notes. Found something inaccurate or out of date? Tell me and I will fix it in the next edition. A secondary source this week claimed a 7 July general-availability date for “Klaviyo Social Marketing.” The only primary source found — Klaviyo’s own blog — is dated 20 May 2026 and describes an Early Access launch, already captured in an earlier edition as Instagram Social Auto-replies. Not included here as net-new pending primary-source confirmation of any new GA milestone. This edition also corrects an initial gap: Adobe Marketo Engage was first logged as “no change,” judged solely by its release notes page still being titled “May 2026.” Andrea flagged that the page had in fact been edited on 18 June to add a new API deprecation, and that the separate release-schedule page (not originally checked) showed a passed, unpublished 26 June release date. Both are now reflected above.
