Work & Credentials
Martech Advisory and Solution Architect. Team builder. Bologna, Italy.
I've spent 25 years making marketing technology actually work, not just deployed, but adopted, integrated, and measurably useful for the business.
That means I've done the full arc: building early web systems in ColdFusion, managing large delivery teams through AEM and Adobe Campaign era, architecting Marketing Automation and cross-channel orchestration stacks, and now navigating the shift toward AI-driven, agentic engagement. Each phase added a layer, technical depth, then delivery discipline, then strategic judgment, then the ability to explain all three to a boardroom.
Today I lead the Customer Engagement / Marketing Automation practice at BitBang, a boutique digital consultancy in Bologna, working across Adobe, Braze, Bloomreach, Insider, and Salesforce for clients in retail, fashion, insurance, and financial services.

Education
Degree in Computer Science
Università di Bologna · Bologna, Italy
Studied at one of the oldest universities in the world, five minutes from where I still live and work. The degree gave me a foundation in logic, systems design, and software engineering — more useful, it turns out, for understanding why marketing stacks fail than for writing production code.
