The headline was consolidation: two of the largest players bought agent capability rather than building it.
- Salesforce signed a definitive agreement to acquire Fin (formerly Intercom), a customer-service agent company, for ~$3.6B (announced 15 June; captured here).
- MoEngage acquired Aampe, whose model is one autonomous AI agent per individual customer.
- Adobe used Cannes Lions to reframe CX Enterprise as “the agentic infrastructure layer,” with agency holding companies deploying its stack and CX skills + MCP servers confirmed GA in Claude Enterprise and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Databricks disclosed CustomerLake consumption pricing (no platform fee; billed on identity resolution and profile builds); Snowflake’s Modern Marketing Data Stack report named Iterable and Tealium activation leaders.
- A continuing agent-plus-MCP tail: Jasper (GEO Agent), Fullstory (MCP + agents), ChurnZero (Agentic Essentials + MCP).
- On products: Braze broke its June silence with a substantial June 25 release (BrazeAI Operator unifies all assistants and now builds whole campaigns; eCommerce events off the billable meter; User deletion GA; Databricks Mosaic partnership). Bloomreach shipped a minor changelog (1.312); HubSpot shipped two weekly recaps.

- Braze: post-June-25 follow-ups — BrazeAI Operator campaign-build adoption and the Swift SDK 15.0.0 breaking-change migration; next release via the direct-URL pattern (index is client-rendered).
