A heavy Adobe week: AJO and AEP both shipped their May releases, with Marketo, Bloomreach, HubSpot and Klaviyo adding updates.
- Adobe Journey Optimizer shipped its May ‘26 release: SMS, MMS and RCS unified under a single Mobile Message action with native RCS authoring; chained orchestrated campaigns; the Content Advisor Selector (AI semantic search and brief upload for AEM assets); and the graduation of Journey Arbitration ranking formulas and Journey path optimisation (Targeting) to GA.
- Adobe Experience Platform shipped its May 19 release: an Audience Composition 50-baseline with chained activation, express activation for external audiences, five new Acxiom publishers (Roku, Samsung Ads, The Trade Desk 1st-party, Warner Bros. Discovery, Yahoo), a List function in computed attributes, batch-ingestion progress monitoring, and B2B custom objects in segmentation.
- Marketo Engage added Conditional Content in Email Fragments and moved Picklist Management to GA.
- Bloomreach shipped changelogs 1.308 (SMS/MMS link shortener, Performance Dashboards) and 1.309 (approval workflow for scenarios).
- HubSpot upgraded AI image generation to GPT Image 2.0 and added Archive Property Options.
- Klaviyo became available on the AWS Marketplace.
