The headline was Insider’s Bluecore acquisition, alongside Klaviyo’s full Spring ‘26 set and incremental releases from HubSpot and Salesforce.
- InsiderOne announced the acquisition of Bluecore, whose Transparent ID Network processes 10+ billion daily shopper events across 400+ US enterprise retailers. Terms were not disclosed.
- Klaviyo detailed its Spring ‘26 release set in full: Customer Agent on email and WhatsApp, Customer Agent Brand Guidance, RCS Business Messaging (GA), Instagram social auto-replies, per-individual personalised send time, audience optimisation, multi-email profiles (up to five), Customer Hub for WooCommerce, and a Klaviyo and Anthropic Claude integration (May 7).
- HubSpot shipped Email Quality Checks (including an AI-inbox summarisation preview for Apple Intelligence and Gmail Gemini), a new File Manager folder tree, and TikTok lead syncing.
- Salesforce detailed Summer ‘26 Marketing Cloud Next items: consent mapping (email from July 13, SMS/WhatsApp from August 17), new CRM-object data sources, custom web-tracking consent banners, and Real-Time Offer Management.
