What this series is

Every agentic demo shows one task finishing in one session. This series is about what the same setup looks like on month five, after two hundred runs, using the only agentic operation I control end to end and can publish the internals of: this site. Three parts, one week apart. What the operation actually consists of, how it fails while every check reports green, and how repeated work becomes procedures with caps, gates and refusals.

It is deliberately a single-operator account, and each part is explicit about what transfers to an organisation and what only works because there is nobody to negotiate with.

Agents in Production: From Prompt to Procedure

How repeated editorial work became named procedures with their own caps, order of operations and refusals, and where the comparison to journey orchestration honestly stops holding.
